Moddule announces Visibility Platform for unified data, ETA IQ for trust-scored predictions, and Moddule OS for autonomous orchestration.

The logistics industry has spent a decade solving visibility. Real-time shipment tracking is now a customer expectation, not a luxury. But knowing what is happening is different than having confidence in that data and being able to act on it. And that is exactly what Moddule is built to do.
Today, we are formally announcing the next phase of our journey. Since 2022, Moddule has been building the data foundation that makes everything else possible. Now we are sharing the product roadmap that moves our customers’ operations from reactive execution to autonomous control.
Three layers, built deliberately, each delivering value on its own. Together, they form a self-improving system that gets smarter with every shipment.
Moddule’s Visibility Platform is the agnostic data foundation that everything else runs on. It ingests and normalizes data from every carrier, mode, and system your operation touches to create a single, reliable source of truth that your team and your customers can access in real time.
Before Moddule, most operators were stitching together tracking data from multiple providers, each sending information in different formats, on different timelines, through different systems. By the time you assembled a complete picture, it was already out of date.
Our Visibility Platform solves this by unifying shipment data across ocean carriers, air freight providers, ground handlers, port community systems, and your own internal TMS and WMS. It all gets normalized into one operational model and presented under one consistent brand — yours. And it’s all available in real time.
But visibility is not the final destination for logistics professionals. It is the prerequisite for everything that comes next.

Operators may have multiple competing ETAs for the same shipment coming from data aggregators, carrier systems, port feeds, and AIS providers. The job for your team then becomes choosing which one to plan against. When you make the wrong call, the consequences are missed exceptions, wasted warehouse capacity, and reactive conversations with customers who expected you to know first.
ETA IQ changes this. It sits above every tracking provider you are already using and ingests their predictions. Then it weighs each one against carrier performance history, port congestion levels, route variability patterns, and live external signals like weather and geopolitical events. From all of that, it generates a single, confidence-scored ETA for that specific instance.
This is not a simple average. It is a weighted judgment that reflects what is actually likely to happen, not the most optimistic estimate in the queue. Every prediction from every provider gets a trust score from 0 to 100, recalculated per shipment, per carrier, and per trade lane. Your team gets one number they can plan against and report to the business confidently.
ETA IQ is currently in a structured pilot with a major international retailer moving more than 100,000 containers a year. Once shipped, the data accuracy becomes the foundation for the next stage, supply chain orchestration.

Moddule OS is the orchestration layer we have been building toward. It takes the trust-scored intelligence from ETA IQ and applies it to coordinated action across your TMS, WMS, ERP, and specialist tools.
When a delay is predicted, the OS surfaces the information, then assesses downstream impact across your entire system. It presents response options ranked by confidence and shows its reasoning, so you know exactly what is happening and why. Then, depending on the guardrails set by your team, it either recommends, proposes, or executes the response directly.
This trust graduation approach matters. At first, the system recommends, and the operations teams make all decisions, armed with complete information and impact analysis that would otherwise require manual investigation across multiple systems. As the trust is earned, the system proposes specific actions that the team reviews and approves with a single click. Finally, for high-confidence situations that the operation has already seen and solved, Moddule OS acts autonomously within pre-approved boundaries.
You cannot act with confidence on data you do not trust. You cannot trust data you have never truly unified. We started where we had to. We got the foundation right, building deliberately toward where this industry must go.

Each layer provides value on its own, and together, they form something truly powerful for logistics teams. The Visibility Platform is the agnostic visibility layer that feeds ETA IQ. ETA IQ then qualifies that data before it’s used to inform and automate in Moddule OS. Every action the OS takes generates new data that makes every prediction sharper over time.
We’re building it this way because like you, Moddule’s team is made of logistics professionals who have spent years bridging gaps between disconnected systems, fighting conflicting data, and manually orchestrating responses. We’ve used these years of expertise to offer a solution that finally solves your biggest supply chain problems, based on data you can trust.
Moddule doesn’t replace your supply chain stack. We orchestrate it. And we’re just getting started.
