Moddule is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary driver of successful customer implementations, playing a pivotal role in translating commercial wins into operational success. Your mission is to ensure that new customers are onboarded efficiently, confidently, and with full realization of Moddule’s platform value.
What you’ll do
● End-to-End Project Management: Own the full customer onboarding lifecycle—from kickoff to go-live—by developing tailored project plans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
● Client-Facing Execution: Lead weekly client calls, provide regular progress updates, and ensure alignment on timeline, scope, and success criteria.
● Workflow Configuration: Configure Moddule’s platform to match client-specific operational flows including TMS, WMS, & carrier connections.
● System Integration Oversight: Coordinate API configurations, data mapping, file transfer setup, and webhook testing with internal and external technical teams.
● Data & Process Validation: Define and execute test plans to ensure accurate data ingestion, workflow performance, and user readiness.
● Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for client implementation teams while liaising internally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
● Change Management & Training: Guide client users through system adoption via workshops, documentation, and guided enablement sessions.
● Continuous Process Improvement: Analyze implementation metrics, share feedback with Product, and refine onboarding playbooks for scale.
What we’re looking for
● Native-level English speaker (required).
● 3–6 years SaaS onboarding/implementation experience; logistics/transportation tech preferred
● Strong project management, technical literacy, and stakeholder communication
● Self-starter who thrives in startup environments
● Comfortable working in a remote, async environment, while staying connected to the team.
● Based in Lisbon (or surrounding area) – the role is remote, but we gather in person occasionally.
