What You'll Do
● Own and execute outbound prospecting (research, outreach, follow-up, qualification)
● Build scalable outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
● Work directly with Founders to refine ICP and sales strategy
● Qualify outbound leads to fill top of the funnel
● Help shape our go-to-market motion from the ground up
● Share insights from the frontlines with product and leadership
What We're Looking For
● 2–3 years experience in an SDR role, with strong outbound focus
● Self-starter who can build pipeline without needing a playbook
● Startup mindset — resourceful and driven
● Excited to grow into an AE role in the future
Bonus Points If You Have
● Logistics or supply chain exposure
● Experience in early-stage startups
● Familiarity with tools like Apollo, etc.
