Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound

What You'll Do

Own and execute outbound prospecting (research, outreach, follow-up, qualification)
Build scalable outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Work directly with Founders to refine ICP and sales strategy
Qualify outbound leads to fill top of the funnel
Help shape our go-to-market motion from the ground up
Share insights from the frontlines with product and leadership

What We're Looking For

2–3 years experience in an SDR role, with strong outbound focus
Self-starter who can build pipeline without needing a playbook
Startup mindset — resourceful and driven
Excited to grow into an AE role in the future

Bonus Points If You Have

Logistics or supply chain exposure
Experience in early-stage startups
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, etc.
