We're Moddule — and we’re transforming how mid-size logistics and freight forwarders operate. Our white-labeled integration platform connects TMS, FMS, PO and warehouse data into a modern, unified customer experience. It’s logistics SaaS without the baggage — easy to use, fast to onboard, and already making waves across the industry.

Backed by strong early traction and funding, we're now building our first dedicated Customer Success & Onboarding function — and we're looking for a seasoned operator to shape it from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work directly with the Founders and C-level to build a world-class onboarding and success motion that’s scalable, efficient, and customer-obsessed.

Design and implement our onboarding and CS processes from scratch
Be the go-to contact for customers post-sale, helping them succeed with our platform
Proactively identify upsell opportunities and communicate product value
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to share user feedback and define roadmap priorities
Act as a thought partner to the leadership team, bringing insights from the frontlines

Who We're Looking For

2–4+ years in Customer Success or Onboarding in logistics tech SaaS (e.g. TMS, visibility, booking platforms, or supply chain tools)
You’ve worked with freight forwarders, shippers, or 3PLs, and know the customer landscape
You’re a self-starter who thrives with autonomy — no hand-holding, no waiting around
You know how to balance process-building with execution in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus Points

Experience from companies like Project44, Flexport, Winmore, FourKites, Logixboard, etc.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or CRM platforms
Exposure to EDI/XML/SFTP customer integrations
